Why use a needle threader?
An essential accessory for tufting, the needle threader, also called a wool threader, will save you a significant amount of time. It is recommended for easily and quickly threading any type of tufting yarn through the eyelet of your tufting gun. AK-I CUT, AK-II LOOP and AKDUO LOOP and CUT.

How do I use a needle threader with my tufting gun?
- Insert the needle threader through the eye of your tufting gun, from bottom to top.
- Insert the wool thread into the end of the needle threader.
- Pull down to pass the thread through the eye.

Can I insert multiple strands of yarn with the tufting needle threader?
Yes, you can insert multiple strands of wire at the same time. Depending on the thickness of your wire, we recommend using between 1 and 3 strands.
