Why use grippers for tufting?
Tufting grippers come in the form of sturdy wooden bars, covered with nails. Their goal: to stretch, by firmly holding the fabric to be tufted on the wooden tufting frame. You will be able to tuft in the best possible conditions. Indeed, an insufficiently stretched fabric will not allow you to obtain a quality rendering.
How to efficiently stretch the tufting fabric?
The grippers are simple and quick to install. A few minutes are enough to nail them to the frame. Measuring 60 cm, they come in two different widths: 2.5 cm and 3 cm. Want them shorter? Use a manual saw to customize them to the desired dimensions.
